Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
No, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if the product is opened or used.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, email us at contact@bloomandbliss.in within 24 hours with images of the product, invoice, and inner & outer packaging, and we will assist you.

5. What conditions must be met for a successful return?
The product must be unused, in original packaging, with the invoice and batch number intact.

6. In what cases am I eligible for a full refund or exchange?
You will be eligible for a full refund or replacement if:
– The package has missing accessories.
– The product is expired.
– A wrong product was delivered.
– The product is damaged or broken upon arrival.

7. How long does it take to process a refund?
It takes 48-72 hours to review a return request and up to 10-15 days for the refund/replacement to be processed after approval.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or online payment method.
– Online payments: 7-10 business days.
– NEFT transfer: 3-5 business days.

9. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Products without an invoice, damaged by improper use, or with a tampered batch number are not eligible for return.

How to Use Bloom & Bliss Products?

Step 2: Leave it on for 8-10 minutes for normal hair and 10-12 minutes for coarse hair.
Step 3: Use a damp cloth or sponge to remove the foam in the opposite direction of hair growth.
